Stealing and selling NPC cars in GTA Online is not the most lucrative business but it gives you a little monetary boost. In this little guide I'll show you a place where you may find some slightly more valuable cars in freemode.
The most valuable standard NPC cars in freemode can be sold around 9000 - 9500 dollars.
However, if you go to Rancho, you can find special somewhat special Vagos Tornados (photo above) that have a 12575 dollar price tag. Actually, there are 3 different yellow car types that belong to the gang: Tornados, Buccaneers and Mananas. The Buccaneers worth 9975 dollars which is better than usual. Mananas however only worth 7520 which is less than a standard Lampadati or a Baller.
These gang vehicles are a bit different from their common counterparts because they have minor visual upgrades.
These Vagos vehicles spawn in the specific area you can see on the map below, in three smaller parking lots around the houses. They spawn in waves, so if you have some free garage space, you can stock up on them. 5 of them worth a bit more than 60 000 dollars; although you have to wait 48 minutes (an in-game day) between sales, it doesn't require too much time or energy to be done with it.
The Vagos vehicles are always parked. Be prepared before stealing a car, because occasionally the Vagos gang members start shooting at you, or sometimes you get a bounty (in the higher ranges).
However, these aren't the only gang cars in freemode. Sometimes these vehicles spawn also in Families (green) or Ballas (purple) colors in their respective neighborhoods. (Near Grove Street.) However, these are a bit more rare finds. These gang vehicles worth the same amount as the Vagos ones.
